Saad Hotel Astana

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the amazing views from our corner room on the higher floors. We could enjoy the fine cityscape and even the Khan Shatyr shopping centre. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and plenty of seating options. Another highlight was the location. We were able to easily explore the city, with Lover's Park just across the road and attractions like Baiterek Tower and the Presidential Palace within walking distance.

The rooftop restaurant was closed for private events on both nights we were there as we had been looking forward to dining with a view.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with well-kept facilities and a neat wellcare area. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and available until late morning. The staff were great, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance to major sights like Bayterek and Khansatyr, as well as the huge tent shopping center, closer commercial center, and the main pedestrian street towards the tower.

My recent stay at Saad Hotel Astana was a good experience. I was impressed with the fine view of the skyscrapers from my beautiful room. The hotel amenities, including the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were included in the price and not overcrowded. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for me to explore the area. The high-quality furniture added a touch of elegance to my stay.

The hotel is located right on the main pedestrian street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's popular attractions and malls. You can easily walk to the Astana Opera and the most popular mall in town. The proximity to the huge "tent" shopping center also adds to its appeal. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options to start your day off right.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were some inconsistencies and issues with the room service, such as incorrect food orders and delays in receiving requested items.

Immaculate room with helpful staff at check-in, especially the woman at concierge. Spacious, clean bathroom and excellent gym/pool facilities. New, comfortable rooms and responsive, friendly staff who speak English well. Excellent room service menu and fast, free wifi. An overall highly recommended, fantastic stay.

The exclusive amenities at this venue are impressive. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services are to die for. the staff was attentive and provided great service. the restaurant had a variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the exclusive room features were worth it and made my stay even more luxurious. the location was convenient and easy to access. the view from the room was breathtaking.

The hotel elevators seemed to be slow, which caused a bit of waiting time. Other than that, this hotel provided an amazing service with great facilities and amenities.
