Best aspects of our romantic escape were the breathtaking views from our corner room on the higher floors. We could enjoy the stunning cityscape and even the Khan Shatyr shopping centre. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and plenty of seating options. Another highlight was the location. We were able to easily explore the city, with Lover's Park just across the road and attractions like Baiterek Tower and the Presidential Palace within walking distance.
Worst aspects of our stay included some service issues. we had a negative experience with a taxi arranged by the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-kept facilities and a neat wellcare area. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and available until late morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance to major sights like Bayterek and Khansatyr, as well as the huge "tent" shopping center, closer commercial center, and the main pedestrian street towards the tower.

New, comfortable rooms and responsive, friendly staff who speak English well. Excellent room service menu and fast, free wifi. An overall highly recommended, fantastic stay.

The exclusive amenities at this venue are impressive. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services are to die for. The staff was attentive and provided great service. The restaurant had a variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The exclusive room features were worth it and made my stay even more luxurious. The location was convenient and easy to access. The view from the room was breathtaking.
The hotel elevators seemed to be slow, which caused a bit of waiting time. Other than that, this hotel provided an amazing service with great facilities and amenities.
